  "On an early cold morning you can catch a mousebird sitting on a branch because it will not yet be warm enough to fly away."

"mousebirds keep their head down while drinking and suck up the water, a trick they share with doves. All other birds take water into their mouth and then lift the head up to let the water trickle down. Mousebirds are not closely related to doves so why do they both have this ability?"
